Its been a month plus 9 days wow! Ok so now im going to post something i got for a bulletein from myspace today and i liked it so much that im going to post it on here too.
What is your stand on.....
Abortion?: Im pro choice yet really don't like the idea of killing something...but the ability to kill is why humans still exist.
Death Penalty?: Read above answer
Prostitution?: STD bags, but if you want to, im not stopping you
Alcohol?: Woot!
Marijuana?: Legalized, yes, def. If its legalized it'll have to be FDA approved meaning no cocaine could be in it, meaning it would become as safe as cigarattes (btw cigarattes aren't safe, but they are better then the marijuana you get on the streets) Cheaper prices meaning less crime to get the money. Its all and all a good idea.
Other drugs?: Complete opposite. Other drugs are just bad. Fast dependencies, bad side effects, quick death rate. Terrible shit that is, terrible shit.
Gay marriage?: Im for it, but i also see what the problem is. Im not on the side of the crazy self-righteous Christian ppl saying marriage is supposed to be between a man and a woman because its holly. You don't need the title of man and wife (in this case man and man or wife and wife) to know your in love, its the legal ratifications that are appealing to these homosexuals, and their so important in America that they deserve to have it and reserve the right to fight for it.
Illegal immigrants?: Its not THAT hard to get into this country. Money may be an issue, but work on it please. There should always be exceptions, but there never will be.
Smoking?: yuck
Drunk driving?: why?
Cloning?: Embrionic stem cell research, im all for it. It has saved lives and can save more. An egg fertilized for 3 seconds max is not a human being, is not alive in any way what so ever unless your a Catholic and every sperm is holly (lots of kleenexs should be gettin better treatment then) Making a full human clone though is not only, i think, impossible, but just not right.
Racism?: Isn't right, but is abundent. Hey, to all of you black people out there saying that every white "honky" is racist. Stop showing things like BET and Black Enterprise magazine that showcase the black man. The days of the token black guy are gone, i think you should get rid of your token white men.
Premarital sex?: Go for it, sex should be shared with somebody special, not just anybody, but that doesn't mean that the person you marry will be the only special person to you your entire life. Not to mention it would suck to be married to someone and have bad sex the rest of your life. Can someone say affair.
Religion?: Religion only seperates man even further. Not to mention that unspeakable crimes have been comitted in the name of a religion that doesn't even support that behavior. The crusades are THE perfect example. Look to every major religion and i'll tell you they all have one thing in common. Peace. So throw away your bibles and khorams and other crazy scrolls and such. Be spiritual but don't be like kids and say that "my god is better then your god"
The war in Iraq?: Don't support it, but support our troops. The excuse for going over was Al Queda and Osama. Guess what people, Sadaam and Osama had no friendly relations. But US citizens don't know that they see two Arabs and go "hey they must be buddies". The real reason was revenge for W's papa gettin his but kicked in the 90's and, of course, the driving factor of all bloodshed:

Bush?: Hes dumb, thats all it comes down to. "We are working hard to put food on our families" WTF? "Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame...well...you aren't gonna fool me again" O yes, he said that. Google bushisms and you'll find a lot of funny shit.
Downloading music?: We all do it. The only artist you are hurting by doing that would be a singer/songwriter or a smaller alternative band. Fuck that pop music, they make their money off of cheap publicity stunts anyway.
The legal drinking age?: 21 is good for me. Most people cant handle being able to drink responsibly so make it as hard for them to do it irresponsibly as you can.
Porn?: America needs to lighten up. Go to Europe, theres orange juice commercials with naked ladies on em. Porn is fine, just nothing too perverse, brutal, violent or anything that is just plain old morally wrong.
Suicide?: Some people feel its the only way, but it isn't. You have to find the right person though. You can say "talk to people, don't kill yourself" But eventually when you get that far down to the point you won't to kill yourself, everybody is going to sound the same. They hear but don't listen...You have to understand that the people who do this, who take their own life, are in such a dark place that nothing can save them. You can't wait for them to come to you, you have to move to them. |
